Kindra Ponzio talks with Abby Willrich, Human Services Coordinator, Washoe County Senior Services Center. Willrich shares the importance of socialization, nutrition, exercise and how it helps seniors stay connected and active. She talks about all the activities that keep some of the seniors at the center all day. Willrich says they serve warm meals at several locations everyday, Monday through Friday and they deliver many meals to those who are homebound.
