Garceau shares the immediate programs offered for those struggling with either mental health issues or drug or alcohol abuse disorders. Garceau explains how many of the unhoused are the working poor but just have no place to live. Garceau details the many services offered through Deschutes County Health including WIC and perinatal outreach.
