Jack Church spoke with Corey Richard, Executive Director for Project Return, Chattanooga. Richard said Project Return is committed to helping people who have been incarcerated develop the skills needed for successful return to society. One of the components to successful re entry is thru employment. Project Return works with individuals on everything from writing a resume to good interview skills. Nationally, relapse rates are as high as 50% for individuals returning to jail. However. Project Return thru their programs has lowered that rate around 12% which is among the best in the nation.
