Tanya Bohannon Talks with Kelsey Steines, the Director of Development and Communications of the Catherine McCauley Center in Cedar Rapids. Steines discusses how the state of Iowa faced a rapid influx of refugees and how the Catherine McCauley Center stepped in to help meet the needs of the community. Steins explains how the McCauley Center also assists women in crisis by providing a temporary safe place while receiving the help they need such as household and employment skills.
