Lauren, a Fort Collins, Colorado, native, quickly developed a love for all things pink and girly, likely influenced by being the sole girl among four siblings.

Originally envisioning herself hosting a TV show while pursuing a journalism major at Colorado State University, Lauren's trajectory took an unexpected turn when she fell in love with radio.

During weekends, Lauren can be found spending time with her husband, indulging in crime shows, savoring flaming hot Cheetos or trying her hand at cooking without triggering the smoke detector.
