Having a Thankful Heart
God delights in our prayers. As our Heavenly Father, He loves hearing from His children. When we come to Him, we can share anything we want! The ups and downs, the good and bad––He wants to hear it all.
When we pray, we should take time to show how thankful we are to have such a wonderful and loving God to worship. Whether you’re sitting around the dinner table with loved ones during the holidays or simply taking time in your day to talk to God, make sure you lift up prayers that tell God how grateful you are for Him. Because a grateful heart is a happy heart.

Heavenly Father,
Thank You for always being with me. Your love is so comforting. Help me to remember that it never runs out. No matter where I go, Your love will never leave me. Because I have You in my life, I have nothing to fear. Thank You for being a loving Father and for adopting me as Your child. I pray this in Jesus’ name, amen.
