Thank You T-Shirt FAQ

Question: How do I select my T-shirt size?

Answer: T-shirt size selection will be made via email, so please make sure you have access to your inbox, and that you have a current email address on file with us. T-shirt size emails will be sent out in April and May. To ensure you receive our emails, please add hello@t.air1.com and air1@air1.com to your address book. Be sure to check each folder of your email.

Question: Where will my shirt be sent?

Answer: Your T-shirt will be shipped to the address we have on file. Please log in to your My Account to verify the address is correct.

If you are having trouble accessing your My Account, it is possible you’re using a different email address than the one we’ve associated with your giving, or you don’t have online access already set up. Please contact us and we will help!

Question: Who is eligible to receive a T-shirt?

Answer: A generous group of Air1 donors has made it possible for us to send an Air1 T-shirt to eligible donors. Donors who gift $30 a month, or a one-time gift of $360 or more, are eligible to receive one (1) T-shirt. Donors who gift $60 a month, or a one-time gift of $720 or more, are eligible to receive 2 (two) T-shirts. This is communicated only by email so check your giving account and make sure your email address is correct.

Question: We give as a family. Can everyone get a T-shirt or can we purchase these on our own?

Answer: We love our Air1 donor family! Currently, we have some limits based on inventory, and we're not able to offer a store to purchase extra shirts. A household qualifies to claim two (2) shirts with a one-time gift of $720 or more or a monthly donation of $60 or more. The maximum is two (2) shirts per household per year.

Question: What is the cutoff date to fill out the form with my T-shirt size?

Answer: We recommend responding as soon as possible. The last day to fill out the form to submit your T-shirt size is May 22, 2026.

Question: When will I receive my shirt?

Answer: Because shipping timelines vary, you should receive your shirt by mid-August of 2026.

Question: If I claimed two shirts, should I receive them at the same time?

Answer: Commonly, T-shirt vendors fulfill orders based on size. It is very possible that you receive two shirts of different sizes at different times.

Question: What should I do if I haven’t received my shirt by the anticipated date?

Answer: If you have not received your shirt by the end of August, please email us HERE, and we'll figure it out with you.

Question: What are the specs of the T-shirt?

Answer: These black, unisex shirts are 100% pre-shrunk cotton, with "Worship Changes Everything" and Psalm 100:1-3 on the back, and the Air1 logo on the front. Size offerings are adult XS-3XL (The size chart is below.)

Question: I am located outside of the United States. Are shirts shipped internationally?

Answer: We love our Air1 family all over the globe! Unfortunately, we are limited by shipping constraints and cannot ship out of the U.S. at this time.

Question: Can I exchange my shirt for a different size?

Answer: We are not able to offer size exchanges at this time. Please be sure to look at the measurements closely before making your size selection.
