Lexy Smith speaks with Jillian Penhale, the Executive Director for the DOVE Center of St. George serving Southern Utah. Founded thirty years ago, the Dove Center does preventative classes for teens. Penhale explains that there are different services provided for individuals who are both male and female and there is not a one size fits all approach to helping victims. Penhale shares how domestic violence is a use of power and control that is not always physical.
