Jeanice Lee talks to Steve Tepper, Executive Director of The Arizona Center for the Blind and Visually Impaired. Tepper says they serve adults who lose their vision through accident or illness and their programs help support people to achieve their independence. They are one of five centers in the U.S. and the only center in AZ that serves people with combined vision and hearing loss. Tepper says they specialize in serving people with multiple disabilities, they offer behavior health and food insecurity assistance. Tepper describes their individualized programs such as technology training, support groups, orientation and mobility, living skills and more. Volunteers welcome. (acbvi.org) (602) 273-7411
