Becky Hansen talks with Rachel Mairose, Founder and Executive Director of Secondhand Hounds now known as The Bond Between that has saved 28,000 animals since 2009. Mairose describes the growth and expansion of the nonprofit and the programs that bring pets together with a loving home.
