Glen Motto met with Ken Mueller, PR & Development Manager of the Occupational Development Center serving Lancaster County, providing vocational training and employment opportunities for adults with developmental disabilities. Mueller explains how the center’s programs build confidence and independence by teaching job skills, community work experiences, and daily life-skill training. Mueller also outlines family involvement, the role of soft skills, and long-term success stories of participants.
