Tanya Bohannon talks with Pam Lynch, Site Director of Gigi’s House Quad Cities -Down Syndrome Achievement center. Statistics tell us that for every one in 700 births are born with Down Syndrome. Lynch explains the definition of Down Syndrome and what a parent can do once the child is diagnosed. Lynch talks about the many programs they offer including tutoring, cooking, and fitness classes, and how they are available for Down Syndrome individuals of all ages.
