Lexy Smith speaks with Bill Ennis, Director of Social Services for the Salvation Army Family Service Center in Mesquite. The Salvation Army has been in Clark County for 13 years. Ennis shares how the Salvation Army is an International Organization that is one of the only four cooling stations in Mesquite. Ennis talks about the food that is offered year-round to those who qualify. Ennis details the many other programs they have including utility assistance and disaster relief programs.
