Felipe Aguilar speaks with Ellen Payne, Vice President, Hope Alliance in Round Rock. Hope Alliance provides support services, resources, and programming to victims of Domestic Violence. Payne talks about “predictors” that may alert people that she, or he, may be stepping into a potentially abusive relationship and she also talks about “red flags” that we should be aware of.
