Jeanice Lee talks with MaryAnne Dijak, Chief Impact Officer of COMPACT, serving Escondido, CA, by providing youth development, prevention, intervention, leadership, and workforce programs for young people and families. Dijak discusses services including case management, juvenile diversion, mental health referrals, basic-needs assistance, mentoring, internships, job shadowing, and GED support. She also shares how COMPACT partners with schools, law enforcement, and families to address root causes of challenges facing youth.
