Sarah Shaver talks with Courtney Lewis, Communications and Marketing Manager for the Chillicothe and Ross Public Library, with seven branches. Lewis recounts the library’s long history, including the fact it’s a Carnegie Library. She notes that they have special events for small children, teens and various book clubs, as well as their many on-line offerings, all available with a free library card. Lewis talks about their innovations including 24-hour book lockers, bookmobile (The Bee), and a warming station to serve the homeless population during the day in cold months.
