Jeanice Lee talks to Krista Dunlop, Executive Director of YAPS (Yucaipa Animal Placement Shelter). Dunlop describes their adoption process and what is included, fostering and how they support the foster parent with supplies and whatever is needed. Dunlop shares about their Senior adoption program, Positive Reading Program, their low cost spay & neuter, and their upcoming low-cost vaccine clinics. Dunlop says their goal is saving lives and being a resource to the community. They are currently working on expanding their kennels to be able to intake additional dogs and create more space for the animals. Volunteers and donations welcome. (YAPS.org)
