Kindra Ponzio talks with Chad Venters, Educational Partnership Programs Coordinator , Truckee Meadows Community College in Reno/Sparks . Venters talks about the different programs to help those that are in the judicial system, or soon to be released. Venters shares some success stories of how the programs are changing the trajectory of some of the people in the programs. He tells of how it gives these participants a hand up and encouragement to move forward in life leaving the bad decisions behind them.
