Tanya Bohannon talks with William Draper, the New Washington Town Council Secretary. Draper shares the history of New Washington and how the community maintains original items, on display, such as a covered wagon. He shares the importance of community involvement and discusses how small business is doing in New Washington. Draper also talks about his role with the beautification committee and animal control and describes how both make a difference in the community and how also shares how the township is doing financially.
