Kindra Ponzio talks with Ken Torin, CEO, Silicon Valley Chapter of the American Red Cross. Torin talks about the importance of blood drives and that the nation is in a shortage now. He shares how by donating blood you can affect the lives of multiple people. Torin adds that they offer training classes such as first aid, CPR and Baby sitting first aid, and many are certified. He says volunteering in many different ways is very rewarding. There's something for everyone.
