Thousands affected by the COVID-19 lockdown received free groceries in Kenosha, Wisconsin. Journey Church and their disaster response team handed out the food as people drove through their parking lot.
Pastor Bob Griffith with Journey Church says their Disaster Response Team is ready to jump into action during emergencies. The team coordinated with four counties, food distributers, manufacturers and others to bless people during the COVID-19 situation.
Journey Church is serving the community in other ways by dropping off groceries on doorsteps of those diagnosed with the virus, calling to check on people, and holding online church services.
