SOUTHEAST, U.S. (Air1 News – by Richard Hunt) – As the remnant of Hurricane Florence continues to drop incredible amounts of rain, flooding has begun. This is in addition to powerful storm surges from the Atlantic Ocean. This could be a prolonged disaster as the ground becomes saturated and creeks and rivers rise. Much of the region is low country, not far above sea level.

Our ministry partner, Convoy of Hope, is experienced in disaster relief, working with local churches and others to establish staging areas for critical food, water, and hygiene supplies that will be trucked in.

First, please join us in prayer for everyone that is, or will be affected, as well as first responders who are already putting their lives-on-the-line to rescue those stranded.

Next, please consider partnering with us to directly bring hope and the love of Jesus to those in the Southeast.
