Pastor Joesy is an ordained minister based in California.  She attended Faculty of Theology, which is in partnership with Azusa Pacific University, and graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Christian Ministries.  She has an Associated Arts degree from V.E.T.I.  (Victory Educational Training Institute).

From 1981 to 2003, Pastor Joesy served as a Co-Pastor (with her husband) and then as Senior Pastor from 2003-2011. She has also served as a chaplain for both Alameda County Sheriff's Dept. and Placer County.  She served as a Sexual Assault Counselor and a team member on the S.A.R.T. (Sexual Assault Response Team).

In her current role, Pastor Joesy provides crisis intervention in different situations for listeners of K-LOVE and Air 1 Radio Networks. These duties combine with her continued education and training.  In her free time, she enjoys baseball, travel, theater, and spending time with her children and six grandchildren.
