Phil O'Bryan talks with Obion County Sheriff Karl Jackson about the day to day operations of the Sheriff's Department. Sheriff Jackson focuses on the increase in drug abuse in the county and the effects on the economy. We talk about his goals and some of the new programs he has implemented including the Citizens Sheriff's Academy which gives local citizens and high school students a glimpse of what the department deals with.
