Every once in awhile you realize...wow that was easy. One of my New Year's resolutions is to wake up at 6:30AM every morning, so I can get stuff done around the house and such before going to work, instead of trying to stay up super late and end up doing it afterward, when all I want to do is go home. The only problem...me and the morning aren't friends, but it turns out that there's something super simple to do that can help you become a morning person. There's some big science behind it but it turns out sleeping in cooler temperatures is good for us (like we didn't know that already) but it turns out turning on the heat about 10 minutes before you wake up will help you get out of bed. Hey if that's all I've gotta do let's give this a shot!
