Relient K Listening Party

Baby by Justin Bieber lol. JK. But that song gets STUCK IN YOUR HEAD!!!! Great.. ill be singing it all day now

They need to cover some Family Force 5, know what I'm sayin'? They remixed one of their songs already... now cover one!

I dont like relient K very much but oh well

Yeah, this album just goes to show how much they're trying to appeal to the world and Christians at the same time--and offending more conservative Christians while they're at it.

I mean, Justin Bieber? Seriously?

Don't get me wrong, I love some of Relient K's songs, but this is just ridiculous. Forget and Not Slow Down, Getting Into You, and Forgiven--those are some of Christian music's best! But I wish they'd keep doing songs like those that appeal to Christians.

I know putting a Justin Bieber song in there is just ridiculous. I KNOW they can do way Way WAY better than this... oh well....

WOW. I just had the scariest experience ever. I'm shaking as I type this....

My puppy just ran out of the house and wouldnt come when we called him. I chased him and chased him and finally caught him in the backyard of a strangers house..... I  just wanna cry. I cant imagine him goign into the road and getting killed.... he DID go into the road but we got him into the grass. I just wanna cry so hard...

Haha, Relient K is awesome. I love seeing bands that make music because they have fun making it. That's what Relient K was all about back in the day, I like this new album because it refreshes our view of the band. True "Forget and Not Slow Down" was an amazing album, but very serious in nature...I like seeing Thiessen getting back to his old groove after the events that led up to that album. I'm most looking forward to their covers of "one headlight", "Dr. Worm", and "girls just wanna have fun"!

Also, think of it this way - at least now when "Baby" gets stuck in your head, you'll be hearing matt's voice with ripping melodies and harmonies that dwarf what justin made that song to be.

they did the song Baby because one of the kids of the band members liked the song.

there's this interview on youtube somewhere where it says just that.

Relient K is one of my top favorite "happy bands"...

Anthem Lights is mine I love for every reason there is No lie <3 THEM!!!!

btw, mike i LOVE forget and not slow down (the album/song i mean).

I'm actually not very surprised Justin Beiber got covered by Relient K. It's a little sad, but I like Matt's voice so much better in the cover. And this song really can get stuck in your head! All day long. And night. I would prefer to have the Relient K version stuck than the original. ;)

i know the chorus of Baby because my friends sang it constantly at church i dont listen to secular music unless its a christian person singing it  i havent for  years its hard sometimes not fitting in because of that but holy is being set apart not hat m holy but listening to secular music isnt pleasing God who is holy

hehe! funny. i dont listen 2 secular music either. i always feel like im the ONLY one (besides u guys) who actually knows all the bands on air one and stuff that they do.

i totally understand at concerts i will be so pumped for bands like Manafest and nobody in my youth group even knew who it was

it's frustrating because i have no body to squeal with wen im thinkng about anthem lights. besides you guys! u guys r awesome! and i mean AWESOME!! but it would be cool if i knew some fans in california and we could actually see each other face to face and both be giggling and squealing about anthem lights. u know?
