You know, I felt the exact same way when we lost our house. I didn't understand why he was doing what he was doing to me. "Then when you call, the Lord will answer. 'Yes, I am here,' he will quickly reply." ~Isaiah 58:9. Even if it doesn't feel like he's there, he always is. Believe Me. I don't know why you're doubting, but if it's because of circumstances, then just remember this: Everything God does is for your own good. It's only going to make you stronger. If you're trying to follow him and you're calling out and praying to him, he WILL help you. He will show you that he's there. I totally understand wat ur feeling cuz i felt it too...
and about your friends, just plant the seed and that's all

If God wants to turn them to him then he will. I learned that myself the hard way

(my friend kinda got mad at me because i was being pushy about it) All I can say is pray. Pray ALOT. Talk to him about your problems and try to follow him in every way. But remember: don't expect to be perfect! EVERYONE makes mistakes. And about the cell phone thing...I was thinking we could talk on about things like this. it would prolly be alot easier
