Relient K Is For Karaoke

When I watched this, I was expecting it to be good. But seriously--"Baby" by Justin Bieber? Really? Relient K isn't going to be saving any souls this way. Yes, man can't save souls, but God uses people as tools to pry open hearts. Relient K isn't allowing that to happen with this new album. They seem to only be doing it for money or popularity, not to further the cause of Christ.

I didnt like any of it

the songs r kind of different. they're ok i guess but i like it wen they write their own songs.

I don't think there is anything wrong with K doing a cover album.  KJ52 always does covers at every concert I have ever been too of his, although I think it sucks he never does his own songs.  As long as K doesn't start sing only these songs at concerts I think it's cool.

I think this EP just goes to show how talented this band really is. It's interesting because in my opinion, Christian bands are much more talented and hard working than many main stream bands because of how difficult it is to make it big in the Christian music world. Relient K has come out with multiple albums that all point to Christ and their songs are very meaningful to many Christians. This EP is a lot of fun to listen to and I have faith in RK that they're not selling out and that they are just having some fun.

Now I have GOT to hear they're version of "Baby". I was shocked when they said they were doing it!

im with u about this 1 Jonathon. i was excited wen they were gonna make this album but now i am a bit disapointed. oh well hopefully their album after this one will b better. who knows mayb it will even over pass the album forget and not slow down. although that would b hard 2 do because that album was AWESOME!!!!!

iv'e actually not heard hardly any of their songs suprisingly (i know everyone is going to be like "WHAT?!?!") so i actually dont even know about that album. and i had the same question...what does EP mean?

maybe it means extra previes or something. or maybe... never mind i dont know. but i have been wondering that 4 a long time.

it's probably just there for style and to add letters to the album name so it is longer. (jk)

I like they're album a lot. It is a very christian album and if you haven't heard where the light is you absolutely HAVE TO. It's a very christian song and hopefully it will warm your heart knowing that with God's light, darkness doesn't stand a chance. It's an awesome album and I am SHOCKED Julia that you said that! EP is for Extended Play (longer than a "single" but shorter than a full-length album). I wondered that for a long time myself.

Oh WOW! That's amazing!!! Well good luck in High School. That's one step further into education and that is definitely something to be proud of! I'm not sure when my mom is starting us up again. She has for kids and this will be the first year she's teaching ALL of them! My 4 year old brother is starting school this year as well (and I agree about the whole, growing up too fast thing, IT'S INSANE!!!)

im sorry relient k. i wish i wanted 2 buy their cd but the songs on there r not up 2 their normal standards. i've been working with adhesives, chains with locks and ropes with knots 2 tether.

I (finally) nailed it on guitar and so I might just do that.... and BTW, I was doing the dishes while listening to Anthem Lights (who else?!) and my mom was doing something and it hurt me and she said (making fun of me) "At least you have Anthem Lights to comfort you". Yeah. Thanks for that mom. I'm gonna HAVE to get her to listen to them more!!
