Changing People Through Music

Changing lives through music is great!! It took a song I heard to help lead me back to God. I heard Fireflight's "For Those Who Wait" on my local Air1 station in Jonesboro, Arkansas and loved it. I went to the store the next day and bought the album. Never really listened to the whole cd, just that one song over and over along with "What I've Overcome". One night driving home from work I was really upset and put my ipod on shuffle with that album. After "For Those Who Wait" was over a song called "Name" came on. I was in tears listening to that song, I asked "God what am I doing?" I haven't been the same since. I love my Air1 station and I'm so blessed that we have it in my area. It's mine and my little brother's bonding. We share the songs we've heard or the stories we've heard on Air1 and it's brought us a lot closer than we have been since our parent's divorce last year. Music and God!!
