What?! Stryper's back?! Really?!

Yes, Stryper is back!  New album, fall tour, the works.  Can you believe they started the band, get this, TWENTY-FIVE years ago?  I feel old.

The new Stryper album "Murder by Pride" comes out this summer.  And the 25th anniversary tour kicks off in September with the original band members, Michael Sweet, Robert Sweet, Oz Fox and Tim Gaines.  Bassist Tracy Ferrie will be sharing the stage with the band when they play their new material, while Gaines will be playing the classic stuff.

I hope they play "To Hell with the Devil".

As far as I know, their only name has always been just "Stryper".  Thanks for asking.

Wow, that is an old band. Never heard of them, hopefully they'll have a free download and I can hear them.

They started out as the Roxx Regime. I hope they come back to Connecticut. I have been a fan of them for 20 years and have never seen them live, even when they came through on the reunion tour.
