Mark Voltmann brings 30 years of business and investment experience to the board of Educational Media Foundation.
Mark serves as CEO of Covenant Capital Partners, LLC (“Covenant”), a privately held investment company he formed in 1999. He is also CEO of Covenant’s affiliate, Caminata Management, LLC, formed in 2007 to provide comprehensive management services to both affiliated and third party companies. Mark spent sixteen years in the banking industry before forming Covenant, most recently as Senior Vice President/Director of Banc One Capital Markets, Inc. (now JPMorgan Chase). Mark’s experience includes the completion of private debt and equity investments totaling nearly $5 billion, over multiple industries in the U.S., Europe, Asia and Latin America. This includes investments in small, middle market and multi-national corporations, including start-up venture capital, private equity, mezzanine and private debt, and project financings. He has also led the formation, capitalization, and operation of various business and real estate ventures.
Mark received his B.B.A. and M.B.A. degrees from Baylor University. During his graduate work at Baylor, He met his wife, Beth. They are married 28 years and have four children.
In addition to serving EMF, Mark serves on the boards of Lutheran Social Services of Central Ohio, and The Covenant Trust, a private charitable foundation.
