First of all, thanks for supporting Air1!  Lots of listeners ask how they can help support businesses that support Air1.   Our online directory is how we share this info. There are two types of listings:  Standard and Featured.

Featured Listings:

Businesses that pay for on-air spots or events developed by our underwriting team. You can contact this team to learn more about marketing plans and partnerships.  This team also handles the advertisements that are on the page, so if you are interested in getting your business some ad space you can contact the underwriting team at 1-888-937-2471.

Standard Listings:

A donor on behalf of a business, donating to Air1.  These donations are made online through the donation for and donor must choose the option to have their business displayed on the Business Page.  A minimum $100.00 donation is required to have your business displayed.  A one-time donation of $1200.00 allows your business to display the entire year to the Business Page.  To get started on making a donation on behalf of your business, click here.  If you have more questions, feel free to contact us at 1-888-937-2471.

Yes!  There are just a few details though.  When you pledge, be sure to check the box that asks if your gift is on behalf of a business.  Then you’ll list your business name, address and details. The last step is to check our box to confirm you want to be listed in our Business Directory and follow the screen prompts. We the have a little behind the scenes work to do, but you should be online the same business day.  If you have any questions you can always call our Member Service team at 1-888-937-2471.

You can update all of your information through My Account.

Right now we list businesses under just one category.  Choose the category that you feel is really the best fit.  If you don’t see a category that describes your business let us know; in our next release we might be able to add some new additions.  Just send your recommendations to air1@air1.com .

Our online directory is just a click away and everyone listed is a supporter.  You can also help spread the word by telling your customers about Air1.  If you have an opportunity to play the station in your workplace, that’s a great way too!

It sounds like you’ve heard an announcement developed by our Underwriting team.  Yes, there is a separate way to let our tens of thousands of radio listeners know about your business.  It's the equivalent of business underwriting on public radio and television.  It calls for investment levels similar to local radio advertising.  The benefit of this is called "the halo effect because the audience hears your message in the Air1 positive environment.  Without actually saying it, it says that you believe in them.  There is also an opportunity for online exposure through the ads on Air1.com and other online outlets.  You can contact the underwriting team at 1-888-937-2471 to learn more about marketing plans and partnerships.

When you make or update your business gift through My Account you can check that you’d like to share your story or comment.  If it’s a fit for our website, we’d love to include it.

Yes!  If you already have a personal account and want to add a separate business account, just set up your new pledge with your business name.

If you have a business account and want to add a personal or family account, you can also set up a new pledge, just leaving out the business info.
